Join the Essex Park and Rec for tons of summer FUN! Our school-aged summer camps are for children entering grades 1-7 Camp meets Monday through Friday from 9a-3p at Essex Elementary School, with extended day care avail from 8a-4pm. *Tuition is 115.00 per week. Field Trips are scheduled every week with the exception of Carnival Week. Simply fill out the summer camp registration form and mail or drop it off to park and recreation, 29 West Ave. Essex, CT 06426. Forms and additional information is available on our web site. www.essexct.gov click on the department tab and choose park and recreation. *The Ultimate Summer Survivor weekly registration fee is $125.00

Essex Great Outdoors Pursuit

Essex Park and Recreation is pleased to announce our 2012 Essex Great Outdoors Pursuit calendar. This is a cooperative effort between Park and Recreation and the Essex Land Trust. We will hold 9 family-oriented outdoor endeavors throughout the year. Participants will receive a passport that will be stamped at each activity, to conclude with a drawing for the grand prize!
